Wargha Enayati is the founder of Unirea Medical Center in Bucharest, a cardiology specialist. Of German origin, he started the Faculty of Medicine in Regensburg, Germany, and he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Cluj.

He was born in 1964, in Germany, he comes from a family of Iranian origin. He came to Romania in 1983,  during the height of the Communist regime, drawn by the life and activity of Queen Mary of Romania. He studied Romanian language in Suceava, for one year, and then he studied medicine, in Cluj, for a few more years. The Revolution occurred in 1990 and Dr. Enayati was one of the few German people who graduated from the faculty here and never left. He came to Bucharest, where he specialized in cardiology at the Fundeni hospital.

Starting in 1995 he established Unirea Medical Center, which is, today, one of the top providers of private medical services in Romania, a leader on the market of medical service plans in the corporate segment. In 2007 he brought 3i investments fund to join the shareholding of Unirea Medical Center (CMU), one of the global giants in the field. In 2010 Unirea Medical Center has finalized the process of selling a majority participation to the Advent International investment fund. This is the largest transaction from the market of private medical services from Romania.
