According to regulations of Law no. 677/2001 for persons protection regarding personal data processing and data free circulation, modified and completed and of Law 506/2004 regarding personal data processing and private life protection in electronic communication sector, Unirea Medical Center has the obligation to administrate in safety conditions and only for the specified purposes the personal data that you supply to us about you. The purpose of data collecting is personnel recruiting. You do not have the obligation to supply us with the data if you do not want to apply for an available position in our company. According to Law no. 677/2001 you have the right to access and intervene on the data, the right to not be submitted to a individual decision and the right to address the court of law. Also, you have the right to oppose to your data processing and to ask for data deletion. For exercising these rights you address a written request, dated and signed at Client Service departments (headquarters from 5B Ion Ionescu de la Brad street). If some of your personal data are not correct please inform us as soon as possible. |
